The Long Room

The Longroom is a profound vision of style and service, inspired by some of the greatest designer spaces around the world. A carefully conceived floorplan allows for multitude of function sizes, ensuring that every corner and alcove is easly serviceable and visually stimulating. In fact the design merits have been recognised by the Australian Liquor Industry Awards, declaring the space: "Best New Venue Design 2005"

A vast selection of premium spirits, wines and specialty cocktails are available. The Longroom staff, recruited from some of the best bars in the world for their style, attitue and skill, work very hard to ensure that all drinks are prepared well, served quickly and above all, taste great.
